I normally get too hot to wear a cap running but took the plunge on this one. So far so good … the aero design when worn backwards must be the reason behind my PBs!
The fit is phenomenal and the quality is top. The color pattern is pleasing to the eye and the wicking nature of this shirt is wonderful. My only change I would make is a lighter material. I live in Saipan and it is HOT and HUMID here. Other than that, I will order more oh, and good shipping time from across the waters was great!
Fits well and looks good.
The sweat band real helps with stopping the sweat getting into my eyes.
The only niggle I have is that it needs to be hand washed , but other than that great product.

Ive ran in hot climates before with a standard cap and always struggled with the sun constantly nibbling away at my face and neck. I then found Ben Parkes bucket hat online and what a revelation it was. I never had to adjust it whilst on the 100k MDS Cappadocia, super comfy, great fit and it helped me get 2nd man home. When I first came across Ben's plans, I was preparing for my first Marathon. I used the beginner marathon plan and it helped a lot. Then, using the ultramarathon plan, I felt a significant improvement in my running performance. I had never run a half marathon really hard before, only easy. There was no question that I needed Ben's training plan. I can currently run 1:55, I am confident that with this plan I will be able to reach 1:45. The next 12 weeks are going to be awesome, I am sure of that!!!
