This product is great, I always suffer when wearing a hat, my head gets so hot. The ventilation is brilliant and keeps head much cooler. Fit is good and this hat feels great even on longer runs. Delivered promptly after order was placed.

Well structured and enjoyable plan, I am a 53 years old overweigh runner and thank to the plan I could run for the 1st time 10K under 1 hour crashing my PB by 14 minutes!!
Love the hat, fits my head perfectly, seems like it will last long too.
One thing I would add is some kind of strap on the size adjustment. I feel like if I'll grow hair and need to make the hat larger, the band will become loose.

Exactly as described. The perfect material for a sweaty runner. Big enough to fit my big bonce into. Will be buying more headwear from here.
YES!! I now have a spotty cap to add to my others. The Ben Parkes cap is excellent for both long runs and on race day. I find that it really helps with sweat management and fending off the elements when the rain sets in.
Couldn't ask for more. At the age of 53 did my first marathon in April, looking to improve from there.

I just completed my first marathon — at age 50 — using Ben’s intermediate plan, and it couldn’t have gone better: I ran a 3h27! I'm now training for Frankfurt in October and will absolutely be using Ben’s plans again. Highly recommended!

Brilliant shirt up to the usual standard very fast wickingand comfortable fit great love it be longer at the back ideal for biking as well as running. they are definitely stand out in the crowd just been abroad people asked me where I’ve got it from well done . Cheers Ben.
