First time running with a hat and I have no complaints. Very comfortable and lightweight.
This is the third Ben Parkes training plan I will be following, this time for the Scottish half in September. The previous two were absolutely perfect and enabled me to smash my goals for both a 5K and marathon distances. The plans have the right amount of detail and the workload is spread in a way that is manageable and challenging in equal parts.
Having by chance met Ben when he was out running, I can only say he’s a great guy and deserves all the support he gets from us buying his fantastic clothing and plans :)

Really pleased with this purchase. I've never ran in a hat before and fancied getting one whilst training for London Marathon and now I don't want to run without it! It's comfortable, lightweight and good quality. Definitely need to think about ordering some more
My wife got me the #gettingitdone singlet for my birthday. It's well made, and looks great (plus it matches my Ben Parkes hat!). It fits a little more snugly than other brands, but not so much that I'd go up a size. The material's also a bit thicker than I like for a singlet, not sure how it will go in our Aussie summers, but so far has been good in winter (low 20's during the day time).
Extremely happy with this plan so Far , having followed the level 3 marathon plan previously and ran a PB of 3.26.42 for my first serious marathon training plan , cannot recommended these plans highly enough ( especially if you put in the work ) cheers guys looking forward to the next one !!
My first Ben Parkes Hat last 2 years. Washed almost daily in washing machine. Very light. Keeps the sweat out of the eyes fits perfect. Tried other hats in the meantime but even if they looks the same they are not. The material and the weight is the key.
I grabbed a Ben Parkes hat while holidaying in the UK. The mesh material is great for running in the Aussie heat - the hat breathes really well. It’s a little boxy though, especially when worn forward, which is what I primarily bought it for (ie keeping the sun out of my eyes). Would probably suit someone with a bigger head. Does the job though.
Very happy with this running hat. Lightweight and love the fit and design. I PB’d my marathon so it had to be the hat 😜
