    RTTT prep

    Sarah began helping me with my running in April 2019, while I was in the midst of preparing for Race to the Tower, my first ultra. I had found myself in a bit of a funk training-wise, had fallen behind schedule and was not really seeing the fitness gains I was hoping for. I also had a couple of niggles holding me back, and was unsure how to progress, taking these into account. Sarah very quickly got me back on track and re-instilled me with the confidence to tackle RTTT, and two months later, thanks in no small part to her thoughtful and imaginative programming and encouragement, I completed it.
    It says a lot that Sarah was sending me supportive messages during the race, completely unrequested.
    She's made a big difference to my running in only 3 months or so, and I’d have no hesitation recommending her to someone looking for a coach. She’s great at listening and taking on board your plans, aims, worries etc, is always on hand with advice and insight, and has a positive, calm, and relaxed demeanour that makes her a pleasure to work with.
