Love the design of this cap, with the yellow Go faster stripes. It is very breathable despite not being a mesh panel. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I have put it through the wash a couple of times and the visor is made of a flexible material, so would not bend or break. This is my 3rd cap from Ben and will certainly buy more :D
Without a doubt it was the running shirt and cap that got me a recent 5k race PB! Joking aside this is probably the best fitting, comfiest running shirt I've bought. I absolutely love running in it.

I found the structure of this plan very easy to understand and follow, and got much better results with this than with my previous free plan. YoY I managed a 27 minute improvement in similar conditions in the Cracovia marathon. My only suggestion to make this better would be for it to be able to interact with the Garmin APIs and automatically import the whole plan instead of having to set up manually ( although I'm sure that is quite a technical challenge)
I purchased the plan based on having a reasonable amount of fitness. I followed the plan to letter missing only 1 session. I set a goal of running my first marathon in 4 hours. I completed Manchester 2024 in 4.05. This plan was key in that achievement. Many Thanks Ben and good look for your future races.

Just wanted to let you know that I purchased your marathon running plan. I ran in the Canberra Marathon (Aust) last week and run a PB 3.53hrs 16mins better than the last Marathon not bad for a 63yr old. I'm sure your program had a lot to do with this result.

I followed the level 4 plan for the Brighton Marathon 2024 aiming for a target time of 3:15, and managed 3:01:48 - knocking 22 minutes off my previous PB! Needless to say this plan works and I would recommend to all.
Maybe level 5 and sub-3 is within reach…!
