My partner bought me a gift card as a token birthday gift as I wanted more structure to my training ( being an avid runner and club member doesn't mean I'm good at sticking with my own programs or even choosing a distance to train for!).
I'm in week 2 of the 10km plan and I'm enjoying it very much. It's great for people who maybe don't run track as the sessions are broken down into number of minutes for performing certain paces so it is very easy to follow. The plan is great to teach you about pace for different runs. Plenty of rest days and variety. What's not to like? Thanks 👍
