Combining this Singlet with Ben’s Marathon plan, I got an17 minute PB at the Belfast Marathon. So super happy and can’t recommend either enough ! I’m a medium build and this singlet was a large.

Really enjoyed this plan, so useful having the suggested paces. Feel like before this I said I was doing an easy pace but it wasn’t really.
Was following 3:40 plan and managed to get 3:36:06!
Only thing that could be improved is a suggested pace for the day, so if you’re aiming to 3h40 but need to consider a little bit of a leeway to say we’d recommend running at 5:06 for example to make sure you get there.
Would definitely recommend the plan and will be using it again for sure!
Thank you so much for making this free plan! I’ve run the London marathon twice and for my third time I've decided to attempt to get a PB of 5:30, so this plan should help me drastically. The plan looks very easy to follow as everything is very in a simple format which is very helpful to someone who finds reading hard! Thank you for helping me try and achieve my goal!

I love the Soar singlets but Ben’s styling on this one is over the top! Had to have it all the way here in USA. 10 mile PB first race out with it. I’m pretty sure it was the singlet 😉 Great content and great merchandise. Thanks Ben!
