Helped me get a new 10K PB

Competed in my first 10k race in 4 years (since become a Dad) and wore this hat which helped me (along with the Parkes 10k training plan) to get a new PB of 41:28. The hat was great for running and racing and would highly recommend.

Helped me get a PB

Really enjoyed this plan, so useful having the suggested paces. Feel like before this I said I was doing an easy pace but it wasn’t really.
Was following 3:40 plan and managed to get 3:36:06!
Only thing that could be improved is a suggested pace for the day, so if you’re aiming to 3h40 but need to consider a little bit of a leeway to say we’d recommend running at 5:06 for example to make sure you get there.
Would definitely recommend the plan and will be using it again for sure!

Thank you so much for making this free plan! I’ve run the London marathon twice and for my third time I've decided to attempt to get a PB of 5:30, so this plan should help me drastically. The plan looks very easy to follow as everything is very in a simple format which is very helpful to someone who finds reading hard! Thank you for helping me try and achieve my goal!

Best Race Singlet
