I was looking for a no-mainstream cap, an original cap that has something to say and with interesting colours and designs. Beautiful, soft inner texture and solid lock. 100% recommended.
Used BP intermediate marathon training plan. Was a bit skeptical at the beginning cause there are a lot of very long runs (up to 37k) , I sticked to the plan to the letter and even if it's demanding I finished Berlin marathon strong.
I was not aiming for a PB as I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere, finished in 3h28m48s and I am super happy with my time and the whole experience.

Followed Bens 3.45-3.15 plan for the last 15 weeks. Brilliant and clear plan and really easy to follow and change sessions to suit you. Finished in 3.15.12 with a big 11 minute Pb🥳 can’t recommend these plans enough for anyone wanting a good structure to training. Thanks Ben for all your work. Chris

Great products. Light and comfortable hardly realise you’re wearing the singlet. The hats are brilliant products they’re so light and great ventilation this is my 2nd hat I’ve ordered from Ben. Wore this gear for the Crathes half marathon at the weekend, very comfortable. Thanks to Ben and Sarah for the product and Ben’s mum for the order coming out so quickly.
So far so good , lots of different types of runs to keep me on my toes and i dont feel bad shuffling it about a bit either. I like the pacing section as well and it gives me some good structure. Monet well spent
