Just getting started with the Intermediate training plan, have done the Improver plan before which I enjoyed so hoping this plan will take my running to the next level and help me finally crack the 4 hour barrier.

Currently training for my first Backyard Ultra incl some 100+ miles weeks so I’ve given these shorts a good sweat test. The storage options in the shorts are fantastic and the standout feature for me is just how soft they feel - I think softest I’ve ever known. Totally recommend but my one watch out is sizing. The size guide suggested I opted for Small based on waist size which was surprising. I tried both Small and my normal Medium and Medium was definitely the better option. Stick to your normal short size when ordering I think.

Great comfort and great breathability whilst running

Plan was great and easy to follow. My goal was sub 1:45. I followed this plan and even with getting sick and missing 2 of the last 4 weeks, I still hit 1:43:33. Couldn’t be happier.

just got a 20 mile run in my new singlet done! was completely comfortable, lightweight, breathable, good feel to the material, no chafing or itching

Well planned and simple to use!

I very much enjoyed the first few runs with these shorts - they are lightweight but also offers the comfort of some pockets, one of them with a zip for keys etc.

Bought my second running top. Every bit as good as the first. Size guide perfect. Will be buying more gear from Ben and Sarah

As far as running gear is concerned, I tend to be a brand snob, and that happens for hats too. I have multiple running hats from various big brands, but this one takes the top spot. It's a surprisingly good piece of gear, well designed, and shows that Ben cares about delivering quality stuff for fellow runners.

Fab hat, very comfortable too. Not the smallest in the range, but still fully adjustable and suitable for a small head. The shorty peak has meant I’m not catching the hat on the back of my neck either!

Perfect size, materials feel very durable and it is very comfortable, might even consider ditching my triathlon jersey for the running leg.
