This is my second Ben Parkes running hat (as I loves my first one so much). They fit amazingly well and are able to be adjusted very easily. Made with really good quality materials and very robust as well. I bought this one to go with my race gear due to the smart and sleek look of it. If you're on the fence, get off the fence and make the purchase! You won't regret it

I really enjoyed following this plan. I felt confident on the start line of the Newport Marathon knowing that I had followed it almost to the letter. I trained at the slower end of the plan and achieved the 3:14 PB I was aiming for. It's brilliant because I can use the exact same plan to try and achieve my ultimate goal of getting a sub 3 next year. Thanks, Ben!

Confession: I bought this as a last minute vest for The Newport Marathon and never tested it before the race. I know you shouldn't do stuff like that but I had 100% faith in the Soar brand because they're held in such high regard. You don't even realise you're wearing it, and that is most helpful in a marathon when you want to keep the discomfort to a minimum. It looks great too. I followed Ben's Level 4 Marathon training plan and wanted to represent the brand and feel good on the start line. The vest definitely helped with that. I'm 5ft 9" with a 36" chest and the SMALL fitted perfectly.

I have bought a few pieces of clothing from Ben before and have always been impressed so I thought I would try out one of his training plans. I am currently on Week 2 and it is excellent, clear, concise and easy to follow. I have integrated Bens warmup and cooldown videos into my running and this plan is now really keeping me on track!! Would highly recommend
