I was looking for a cap for those late fall, early spring cooler training run, I think it's the perfect cap for those temperature. What I especially love about this model, I can wear it casually and it does not look like a running cap even if perfect for running

I just came back from my 12 km trail training with my new Ben Parkes long sleeves running tee. It did not make me run faster but I look way cooler in it. Confortable, this will definitly be my top for my early spring or late fall races in 2025

I'm only a week into the plan but I have really enjoyed it so far. I've used Ben's "In Between Plan" in the past and this is very similar -- which I Iike. I feel like this plan is really going to help me hit my goal time and PB!

I've just run Athens Marathon, and helped pace a friend to get her a sub 5hr. I wanted a replacement Elite top, to replace the previous B.P. tops I have, and this was perfect. Nearly5hrs on our feet in 20°c Greec heat, and i finished feeling fresh as a daisy. I didnt over heat, and look cool 😎.
I would highly recommend one of Ben's Elite / Soar tops to anyone .
