Delivery & Shipping

Will I have to pay any import duty or extra tax?

All orders in the UK and European Union (under €150) will not be subject to any further taxes before delivery.

The price you see on the screen at checkout will be the final price you will pay. In the unlikely event of you being charged, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue with the carrier. 

 For European Union orders over €150 there will be import taxes to pay to your local carrier.  If you have a larger order, please place multiple orders under €150 and you won't have any tax to pay.  You'll still get free postage for orders over €90. 

 For the rest of the world, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order so you are not surprised by any charges you were not expecting.

Currently orders to the USA are tax free up to £560, Australia up to £585, New Zealand up to £505. So any orders under these amounts will not attract any further charges.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, Fedex or UPS.

What delivery services are offered in the UK?

All packages are sent with Royal Mail. You can choose First Class (delivery in 1-2 business days) or Second Class (delivery in 3-5 business days).  

Free postage starts at £20.

What delivery services are offered Internationally?

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail to the destination country and then passed onto the national carrier of that country.

For example in the USA it will be passed on to USPS, La Poste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany and Australia Post in Australia. 

You can select an economy untracked option at checkout or you can choose tracking where you will be able to see where your parcel is.

We also offer Fedex and UPS in some countries for rapid shipping.  These offer full end to end tracking. 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.  

Can I track my order?

If you added tracking at checkout then you'll be able to track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you didn't add it and have an issue then don't worry at all. Get in touch via the chat feature and we will assist!

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries in the world. If you have any issues at the checkout page where it says we do not ship to you then please get in touch via the Live Chat feature.

Order Issues

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Don't worry at all. Please get in touch via the contact page on the website if your order has exceeded the expected delivery window and we will look into this for you.

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please get in touch via chat feature on the website and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent.

I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

Please get in touch via the chat feature on the website and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out.

I am missing an item from my order. What should I do?

Can I amend an order once I've placed it?

Please get in touch via the chat feature on the website as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any necessary changes (for example amending address details or order quantities) before the order is dispatched.

Do you offer discount for NHS staff / Blue Light / Military?

Yes we do! Please get in touch via the chat feature using your NHS / work email address and we’ll send through a discount code.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

No, only one discount code can be applied to your order.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item from the Uk?

Please navigate to the returns portal, the link is at the bottom of any page on the website.  Or you can click here.

Enter your order number, say whether you'd like a credit, exchange or refund.  Then you'll be issued with collect+ label for free, so you can drop your item off at any one of the thousands of drop off points all over the Uk.

We will action everything as soon as it's back.

How do I return an item from outside the Uk?

Please contact us via chat feature to get all the details on how to return your item.  

For international returns, the person who is returning the item is responsible for the cost.  

What is your returns policy

You are welcome to send back any item, unworn, within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.

For all UK returns, please navigate to our returns portal. The link is at the bottom of any page of the website.

For international returns, please contact us via the chat feature.

Training plans are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay for returns postage?

Returns postage is free in the UK.

For all UK returns, we use Collect+, which is fully tracked and insured. To begin a return please navigate to the bottom of any page of the website and click into our returns portal.

How long will my refund or exchange take to process?

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed via the original form of payment within 24 hours of receiving the return. 

If you have requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours of receiving the return.
