I have a few of the Ben Parkes running shirts and this one, like the others, feels and fits fabulously. I love how soft they are and the extra length in the back is great to allow for shirt movement
Found my love for running in ultra distances from the beginning and that’s been my main focus. When reaching my long distance goal this year (sub 9:30 in a 92k race) I needed a break and came up with a goal of running a sub 40 10k.
Never really used pre made plans before, but since I’ve been following Ben on YouTube for quite a while I went with this one. The training has been great and I really appreciate the conversion to kilometres which a lot of other plans are lacking.
Today, on New Year’s Eve, in -5 Celsius and light snow on the course I reached my goal finishing a local 10 km race in 39:43.

This is definitely a PB running hat. I wore it at Battersea parkrun past weekend and ran a 9secind 5k PB. I have 6-7 of Ben's running hats and I do not know if I need that many, but they're all awesome and I need lots of different colours to match my running kit and sunnies, so there are never too many :D
The Ben Parkes running ankle socks are the business. Super comfy, great colour and perfect size. I’m about 9.5-10 shoe got the s/m and so far so good with sizing. Will be getting some more for sure. Thanks Ben and Sarah
