Thanks Ben, we his has given me the drive to get back into running again after 18 months off with Bi-lateral patellar tendon ruptures (Same time). The plan is easy to follow. And helps with targets. The best part is the variety of runs. I never used to train differently - 1 pace all the time. So this is great. Knowing you can go slower to go faster.
Ben, thanks for this. It’s great. I’m sure I’ll be getting the other distances in the future.
I love this singlet. It is amazingly light and looks awesome. Furthermore you get to support Ben on his mission. I’ll be getting more of these.
My second time ordering from site and recently purchased this cap, few days before New Years. The delivery to Latvia was really fast! Cap itself does everything it should and then some! It looks Great, it feels great! Been rocking it on my winter training and even in windy, snowy -10c my head doesn’t get cold so it takes care of the sweating, heating and[!] cold side of things. Also been wearing the cap on my rest days just out and about. Overall easy 11/10 🖤
I bought this th first time in summer and found myself reaching for it so frequently that I have just bought a 2nd one. The Parkes Running vests are good quality, great value and the designs are fun and fresh. I wear mine running, cycling and strength training at the gym. Whether it's wearing a bold and bright vest to match the summer vibes or to aid visibility and lift the mood in the darker winter weeks, this vest is the perfect option
The best caps in the market.Only for runners??
Until the day your child decides to wear them.
:)
Never bought a running plan before but so glad I bought this one! After looking at a lot of plans none felt quite right until I found Ben Parkes Plan. Easy to follow, clear set out runs & strength training and the pace guide really helps. Completed the first week and did my long run today. Felt good, looking forward to week two, cheers Ben.
My first item from Ben's and probably not the last!
Great fit and feel. I like that the cuffs are snug with a little stretch, so no cold air ingress. No irritation from seems.
Nice camo design.
This was my second training plan from Ben after the first one helped me smash my 50K goal last year. Ben's plans are clear, achievable and I can easily adapt where I need to. They're full of really useful advice and guidance and I'd definitely reccomend them to anyone thinking about going longer!
Great quality and the lucky dip concept means a bargain for us customers. All the designs look good to me so no dramas with which version I may get.
After running for about 7 8 years, most of them on trail, last year I came down from the mountains and started running marathons. At first, i was just pushing it to the limit, and had no interval mp, or tempo trainings in my prep weeks. This year, I wanted to do things more seriously and purchased the plan. The endurance is there, the stamina as well, I purchased the plan to get me some speed on longer distances. I have finished ultras with 70k under my feet but boy, that marathon last year took it out of me. My heart rate was 188 throughout the entire race. I m loving the plan and I m really focusing on improving my speed and doing at least 1 interval session a week and 1 tempo session a week. I can run long distances every day with the km I have per week but, it is time to improve. Also, i didn't take rest days at all and now, I listen to Ben and try to get 1 to 2 days a week and still hit my km per week goal. I'm only on week two but, can't wat to see how my time improves on the next marathon which is 23th March.
