I am absolutely loving this 10km plan so far! The runs all have a clear intent behind them, and the different types mean you never get bored during training! I am really hopeful that this plan will help me get my sub-40 minute 10km in November 🙏 Thank you so much, Ben!
Perfect, I wear it most of the time not just for running ( backwards of course ), keeps my mane tame!
I purchased Ben’s Level 2 Improver Half Marathon Plan to prepare for the Run the River Half Marathon in Brisbane - my first half marathon. With the support of the plan and Ben’s YouTube content, I set myself A, B, and C goals of sub-2 hours, 1:55, and 1:50. During my 'Long Run" 2 weeks before the HM, I achieved my B goal with a 1:54:52 and therefore felt somewhat confident, even though I couldn’t always hit the target paces in the programme’s interval sessions (around 70% success).
On race day, I ran a PB of 1:53:26, despite struggling with mid-race cramping (post 15km) due to lack of hydration (I couldn’t drink properly from the paper cups—straight into the lungs, which wasn’t ideal!). The plan had clearly built both my endurance and pacing discipline—I even set a 10 km PB during the race. A week later, I broke 50 minutes for 10 km (49:46), a huge improvement from my pre-plan PB of over an hour.
In short: this programme works. Follow the steps, trust the process, and the magic will happen.
I started working out four months ago, and running quickly became my favorite exercise. While researching running, I found Ben's YouTube channel. I immediately connected with his content and learned so much, which inspired me to create a structured workout plan.
The plan is simple and easy to follow. It feels like you're on a quest to conquer a new challenge, and that makes it really fun. Now, I feel much stronger and can complete several 5K runs in 30–40 minutes. Although I haven't officially started a 10K plan yet, I recently finished my first one in 90 minutes. I highly recommend these plans!
This is the second training plan I’ve purchased and it was another success story. Goal of running my first marathon in a sub 3:30 (Sydney marathon) and ran it in a 3:28 PB 🙌

Well packaged, great product. Love the logos and design. Only thing I would change would be a lighter material for the t shirt.
I started this plan with a painful pb of 1:36 the 1st of May. Followed this plan and ran a negative split half on 1:27:55 this weekend! Good stuff!
