Thank you for visiting and shopping at Parkes Running. (www.benparkes.com) The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Returns Policy.

Returns 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and bag if applicable.

Returns Process UK (see below for international)

Please navigate to the returns portal and you'll be able to generate a free returns postage label.  There are options to print your own label, or have the label printed for you in store.  https://benparkes.com/a/returns/ 

You have 30 days to notify us you'd like to return an item (or items) and 14 days to send your item (or items) back to us after the return has been registered.

We will process your exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving it back.

Returns Process EU 

To return an item, please log the return via your customer account.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. 

In the case of an exchange we will send your new item or items out free of charge to you. In the case of a refund, we will refund your original shipping charges if they were applied. 

Returns Process International (inc USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and countries not in the EU or UK)

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please log this request in your account here.  If you order hasn't been dispatched already, then we will cancel your order and refund you immediately.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
