Wanted a sub-4 marathon. I followed this plan (moved around the odd run here and there to fit life in). Ran a 3:49. So it did its job! Very easy to follow. Paces clearly explained. Nice variety of sessions, too.
I’m so pleased with these 2-in-1 shorts, they’re comfortable and light and so practical with 2x phone pockets in the liner, 2x zipped pockets, key clip and stash pocket in the waistband that comfortably fits 3 gels.

The Hot Lava colourway is absolutely stunning. It stands out in the best way and pairs perfectly with my ASICS Superblast 3. The material is super light, breathable, and handled the entire half marathon without a single issue. No rubbing, no overheating, no disappointment. It’s one of those shirts you put on and instantly feel ready to run. Definitely a piece I’d recommend to anyone looking for comfort and style on race day.
Really like this shirt. Cut is perfect. I’m a 38” chest and the small is a superb fit - I’m normally a medium but followed the size guide. Unfortunately it didn’t make me run faster but it felt like it did!
Ran the bmo vancouver half marathon in this top found to be quick drying and no chafing.
