This plan is great easy to follow, 3 weeks in and my times are getting better already hoping to go sub 50 with this plan i shoild easily make it would highly reccomend

O followed the level 2 plan with a very good result and decided to try the level 3.
Until now, i’m loving it. Lets see the result on my next race.

I tried a few different race day singlets from a range of brands and found this to be the best! The fit is great, comfy and enough room to place my running belt underneath. So breezy and light, feeling good on long runs!

Love the color, shape & length of the visor, and sweat absorption. Would like it even better if there was one without black. I know it's a popular color, but when I run I like to avoid black at all costs to help me stay cool. With that said, didn't notice the black details on my first run. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my second Ben Parkes running hat (as I loves my first one so much). They fit amazingly well and are able to be adjusted very easily. Made with really good quality materials and very robust as well. I bought this one to go with my race gear due to the smart and sleek look of it. I really enjoyed following this plan. I felt confident on the start line of the Newport Marathon knowing that I had followed it almost to the letter. I trained at the slower end of the plan and achieved the 3:14 PB I was aiming for.
