WOW just got my New long sleeve top, and have just done my first run wearing it and you know that its been designed by runners for runners as it just feels so great on.
Have giving it a few more go's just to make sure that when it comes to washing it keeps its shape etc and because i loved my top so much i had too order some more and was just as happy with them too. so now I've got no excuse not to run as I've got one on and one in the wash 😆...

I purchased Ben's Marathon Plan Improver - L2 with strength training as I am planning to run my first marathon later this year. I found the plan to be easy to follow and the workouts both runs and strength ones to be well suited for where I am at in my running journey. Next up is to purchase some cool Ben Parkes gear. In the end it's all about "Getting it done"! 🙂
Bought this in winter for warmer months. Here's the first impression:

I managed to break the 4 hour marathon for the first time using Ben's plan. It was my best run, I stayed strong the whole way. I am sure this plan will work too. I am currently doing the 5th week and I am really enjoying it. The target time is 3h40. I am running the Debrecen Marathon in Hungary on March 29th.
I completed the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L1 in 2024. I was planning on doing 85km at the time, and this plan helped me a lot. I improved and got stronger during that time. I'm starting the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L2 this May, and I'm currently doing Ben's Marathon L3 plan. :) I completely trust the plan, it's very consistent, clear, and works great. Thanks Ben!
