With the warmer weather just around the corner, I've been looking at getting some colourful short sleeved running tops, and as I've been following Ben's YT channel for a while and trust his reviews I thought I'd give give his apparel a Try, and can honestly say I'm not disappointed!
Ordering my standard UK size Large
I took this top out for it's first run yesterday on a half marathon, in warm sunny weather. The top was loose enough to move freely during the run, without being overly baggy, I felt cool and dry with the the top doing the perfect job of not sticking to me soaking up inevitable sweat loss from the run, I love the colours and design.
I took the standard 2 day delivery service, which arrived as expected, being well packaged, and suffering no damage to the contents inside. I can quite happily recommend it to fellow runners.
Ordered a new running hat from Ben and found a lovely hand written note saying they've added an extra hat mega chuffed with both hats. 😀
Omg wish I had these years ago! So comfortable just completed a trail half marathon in them nice and light no irritation the leg didn't ride up and a decent amount of storage for a few gels etc I went for the long leg in a medium for reference I'm 5ft11 33" waist and they fit great 👍 would definitely recommend 100% 😁
Love these shorts. True to size with flex waste band, Tie string to help when pockets are loaded. Loads of space for gels keys and phone.
Zip pockets to keep secure, also easy to access gels while on the move.

I joined the plan mid-way in week 7 and I’m approaching week 11 now, and I already love the workouts and feel fitter after each one! Having more workouts per week to choose from is truly a luxury, so I never run out of ideas! Marathon is coming up and I can’t wait to get out there.
Last year I ran my first marathon at 3:46. One year later, I followed this plan to run that same course in 2:54. This training works! I can not recommend it enough!
I just started L1 of the 50k plan but I am so satisfied with Ben's plans that I purchased the "sequel" too. Clear, informative, well-structured (and you can ask if needed which is quite a bonus for this price). Now I only need to get my work done ;)

I’m really loving wearing these longer length BP socks! I also have a pair in black and in turquoise (sky blue). Nicely cushioned and I like the length. Perfect for colder runs. Recommended (x3!).
