Fits great and looks fantastic 🙌🏻 - I looked the business at parkrun on its first wear!
Followed Ben on YT for a while now and was a huge inspiration to start my running journey. Only recently bought a couple of singlets and long sleeves and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Amazing quality and feels great on all different types of sessions. Legend, support small businesses 💪🏻
I was seeking a plan to provide we with a) clear explanations to all of the running jargon, b) a week-by-week guide for how to prepare for the 10K I've set myself to do in a few weeks and c) a wide variety of different types of runs to help improve my overall running form and fitness.
This plan ticks all of the boxes and is allowing me to hold myself accountable as I cross off each day!

Picked this up for some extra ideas to incorporate into my training as already broken 40minutes. Gives the motivation to move up the gears and also a little out of the comfort zone. Nicely laid out and the paces accompanying it are very handy.
This is my second OG hat. Great design, great materials, great fit. 10/10 would recommend.

Current pb for 10k is 43 mins. I downloaded this plan as I wanted some structure over 10 weeks. It's well laid out with lots of information and you can see how it's been written, and that you'll build strength and become faster as a result. For £9 it one of the best training plans I've come across on the Internet. I've booked the Nottingham 10k in March 2025 so let's see if I can become faster...
The fabric is lightweight, soft and feels great. It efficiently wicks away sweat and is highly breathable. The openings allow for airflow, particularly on hot days. Performance is great and the fit is easily adjusted to be snug without being too tight. Highly recommended!
This has quickly become my favourite running top. The fabric is excellent – it's soft, breathable and feels great. Whether on a hot day or under another layer, it is very comfortable. The eye-catching design is the cherry on top! Sizing is a tad on the fitted side but does not cling too tightly - I’m usually a S/M and the M feels just right. Overall, it is a perfect blend of comfort and style. Highly recommended!
Firstly I just want to say that this short design is possibly the best design I have ever seen in a running shirt. It’s gorgeous and so distinctive.
Secondly I would say that I am 5’7 and of average build with a bit of bulk from the gym and I like fitted shirts where possible and so although I usually wear a S in shirts, Ben had suggested that the shirts are roomy and so anyone who liked a more fitted shirt might want to go down a size and so I got an XS. It’s certainly fitted when you do, but having had a few runs in mid to late 20s Celsius in sticky 85%- 90% humidity, I can say that the shirt has held up and allowed me plenty of movement and comfort. I would say though that if you don’t like a shirt fits ‘tight’ then stick to your regular size.
I love this shirt and think I may well be getting the other version in the darker design at some point too.
