2 in 1 Running Shorts

Bought these shorts for my first marathon after looking at so many other brands I’m so glad I picked these,incredible fit and comfort and holds everything you need for a run whether long distance or short will definitely be buying more products from this strong brand thankyou

Great lightweight shorts with plenty of pockets to hold gels , phone & keys , 2 in 1 design and soft elasticated waist band makes them very comfortable and chaff free .

Black 2-in-1 running shorts – absolutely great for racing and training. The fit is spot-on; 173 cm, 66 kg, 30 inch waist). The two leg pockets are great for gels and 0.25L flasks. Great job, Ben.

I was never a big fan of 2‑in‑1 shorts, but this pair from Ben Parkes Running has genuinely changed my mind. They fit well, feel comfy on the run, and the inner layer gives just the right amount of support. The design’s tidy, the getting it done detail is class, and they’ve quickly become one of my go‑to shorts for training. Honestly, the shorts surprised me. I actually love them. I’m now a big fan of 2‑in‑1 shorts because of these.

Can definitely recommend these 2 in 1 shorts. Ten miles in them this morning. No chaffing and the fit is spot on... Lots of pockets for phones, keys or nutrition. Will definitely be getting a couple more pairs

Did my first run in my 2 in 1 running shorts this morning and was really pleased with them. Carried a Samsung Galaxy phone in its case in the thigh pocket and soon forgot it was even there. Shorts are light and comfortable and no chaffing whatsoever afterwards. I am 189 cm tall, 32 " waist and the size L fit perfectly. Great design and great product. Props to Team Parkes!

These are the fifth pair of these shorts ive purchased in the last 3 months. They're so comfy, fit really well and plenty of pockets for your phone, gels and house keys. Absolutely love them.

Been looking for a 2in1 running short for a long time without much success. Happy that i gave this one a try. Such a high quality materials and well thought out design. Right side pocket large enough for a bigger phone. On the back you have zipper pocket for gels and keys (even with a key holder), plus a mesh pocket for paper tissues. 10/10 fit for my upcoming half marathon

I wore my new Ben Parks 2-in-1 running shorts and cap for a Saturday Sevenoaks 7k park run on another hot, sunny day, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The thigh phone pocket in the built-in lining kept my phone secure and snug against my leg without bouncing or rubbing. I used the small zipped rear key pocket for my car key and the handy mesh netting — made for gels — for my work ID card, keeping everything in place and easy to reach. These shorts are comfortable and lightweight, with great airflow and no sticky, sweaty cling. No chafing, no slipping, no fuss, just very comfortable.
Highly recommended and will be purchasing some more.

My first pair of Ben Parkes shorts and very impressed indeed! Quality is excellent, fit is excellent and no bounce from my phone in the side pocket. One small gripe, the zips catch constantly on the material around the rear pockets but definitely one of my favourite pair of shorts to run in.

Ran my first marathon in May using a running belt for my gels, etc. Got the bug and a late entry to my local half marathon last week. Ordered these shorts the week of the race and they arrived far quicker than I expected, even had time to do a training run in them before the race. Really comfortable, no issues with chaffing and enough pockets for me to do away with my running belt. A massive step up from the shorts I had been using and well worth the money. Will definitely be buying some more before I start my next marathon training block.

These shorts are outstanding. I was taken aback on the first run at how they felt: like I was wrapped in honey! Amazing fit, good support, zero chafe, stylish and feel so smooth.
Have now done quite a few runs in these and I’m certain they’re the best shorts I’ve had.

The shorts are amazing, honestly for the price, ive worn 262, soar, under amour, hoka. These are nearly perfect, for me the only difference is the phone pocket being a zip to help my brain tell me its not going to fall out, but the fit and finish is amazing. 9.5/10

Since had the phone in the pocket and it does stay in, i just feel a zip would make them perfect

I’d only discovered Ben Parkes a week before my first Marathon. I read the fantastic reviews about the 2 in 1 running shorts and decided to purchase a pair. Although I only had a 5k training run to try them out, I felt confident that I’d be ok. Also, I’d been using a hydration vest whilst training but didn’t want to wear this on the day. The shorts were extremely comfortable with so many pockets, which enabled me to fit in everything I needed! I finished the Marathon with absolutely no issues from the shorts.
I will definitely be wearing them for my first Ultra in July!

Wore these for my first ever half marathon with the wife. It was the hottest day of the year but I didn't suffer from any chaffing and had plenty of room in pockets for snacks and drinks. Held up well to a soaking by the fire brigade also. These shorts were great.

I, like most people, own a variety of running clothes that range from really cheap to quite expensive. I also have kit that is fairly tight to very loose in size as well. Ben’s shorts are the first that have exactly hit that sweet spot. They fit perfectly on me which makes them exceptionally comfortable and the price is spot on in my opinion. I’ve tried shorts that are twice the cost and come nowhere near the fit, functionality or quality. Ben’s shorts have two inside pockets which are perfect for your phone and also two side zipped pockets which will happily fit keys etc. One mesh pocket at the rear will hold your gels making these shorts perfect for any length of run. These shorts have helped me to run further and faster. They’re so good I’ve just ordered another pair along with a short sleeved top! Happy days!

Just received my pair today and they are great! Very comfortable with plenty of pocket space for phone, keys and gels. Looking forward to many runs in these.

I’m so pleased with these 2-in-1 shorts, they’re comfortable and light and so practical with 2x phone pockets in the liner, 2x zipped pockets, key clip and stash pocket in the waistband that comfortably fits 3 gels.
