Purchase a set of 3 for my husband. He's had blisters on and off with different shoes and socks and these have been a dream!
Received three pairs of socks. They look nice. They fit tightly around the foot, which doesn't make them ideal if you've chosen shoes with a wide toebox, like me. I tried them anyway, and they're not bad. However, my toes can't move properly in my wide shoes. As mentioned, the socks look nice. I bought them in blue, white, and black. They have a high elasticity, and your feet stay really dry in them. However, the finish on the inside isn't good. There are lots of loose threads that get wrapped around your toes when I put them on. This makes them uncomfortable to wear, as walking with threads between your toes isn't pleasant. I give the socks 3 stars. They're still adequate, but the finish on the inside really needs to be improved.
I run in many different socks, yet those are like a glove! Superb feeling and a great length! Waiting for more colors as 3 are just not enough!
I've used this plan twice: once to run a sub-20 5k, and then to get my time down below 19 minutes. It's a very manageable amount of running that I was able to fit in around other commitments. The speed work is particularly helpful: I started to look forward to it after a while, and it really gave me confidence for race day. The strength exercises are also really good, and easy to follow. The second time around I ran 18:46 at Battersea Parkrun, which surpassed all my expectations! I definitely recommend giving this plan a go.
A great plan all paces & runs explained and plan show in both KM and Miles also weekly mileage and daily effort shown clearly . The Mrs has bought plans and followed and achieved PBs so hopefully the same for me.
Been looking for a running cap for a while, this one is very secure on my head during runs wearing it backwards, even in windy conditions. Absolutely a bargain with the discount.
My husband and I are both following the intermediate 5k training plan right now in between half marathon and marathon training blocks. We both set half marathon PRs by following the half marathon plan, so we thought we would try to improve our 5k speed before we start our spring marathon block. So far we are enjoying all the plans we have purchased and have seen great results! Thank you!

Lightweight, non-restrictive and comfortable shorts. In fact I’d go as far as to say these are 100% my new favourite shorts!
