I definitely needed some structure to my training to get past my disappointment of not breaking 4 hour marathon. I’m really hard in myself and this plan will help me structure myself to hopefully reach my goal of under 4 hours. Thanks Ben.

These shorts are super comfy. The base layer compression doesn’t loosen after wearing them like some of the major brands have done for me. The number of pockets is perfect for everything I take with me out on runs. Had no issues with them on a recent 10 mile run as well. Definitely need to get more.

I just want to say thank you to Ben Parkes for creating these plans. They’re absolutely spot on, and if you follow the plan through - you will perform the time you want, or even better. I cannot fault Ben Parkes plans. I have now followed the 10km and marathon plan and am looking forward to following a 5km and half marathon plan, and then eventually 50km plan. I followed this plan, aiming to finish in 58 minutes - but finished in 56:22. I would have never have done this without this amazing plan. Thank you!

I got this for a recent Hyrox simulation. It stopped the sweat without adding that extra temperature to my head. Worked perfectly. A little hand wash after and it’s as good as new. A great hat and works well for the larger head, perfect 👍🏻

Tried a few shorts for running. These ticked all the boxes (pockets for gels, key secure, size, 2-in-1, light weight, leg freedom). Just need to see how long they last but they seem very well manufactured.
