I love your content and decided to give the L3 Marathon Training Plan a go for my first ever marathon this October at Yorkshire Marathon. Ended up with my A goal of 3hours 20mins - fantastic. Now I'm using your L3 10k plan for Doncaster 10k this weekend. Hoping for a sub 40 minute! Cheers for everything and here's to #getting it done! 😄

Can’t recommend these programmes enough - previously ran a 2:03 half marathon and wanted to go for sub 2. Bought and followed the Lvl 2 Improver Plan and ran a 1:49 with the 12 week training block! What an improvement from following the plan, even missed a few sessions due to being sick. Just got the Lvl 3 intermediate plan and can’t wait to get stuck in and go for a sub 1:40. Thanks Ben for a solid plan!
6’4 and 80kgs it can be quite hard to find running tops that are long enough and don’t fit like a tent. This tee in M fits perfectly with a great drop hem at the back. Will definitely buy more mainly because Ben’s business is so genuine. Forgot to use the YouTube discount code and emailed him and within 30mins I had a reply saying money would be put back on my card. Fantastic customer service - thanks.

The phone pocket is the best I’ve found. Nice and snug so nothing moves around. Fit is perfect.

2 zip pockets are great for keys and small items and the mesh pocket fits my Ben parkes cap folded up nicely.

Never having run a marathon before only having completed a couple of half marathons, deciding on the correct Easy and Marathon pace was interesting.
Being 64 as well added to my initial uncertainty as to what times were realistic.
Realising that just doubling my half marathon time and adding on a bit may not be the best method I still gave this a go.
Wrong .. following your plan as accurately as i could and only just on week three i managed to complete all the requirements of the plan but after a 19k long run my body said slow down old chap or I am going to be a heap of pain towards the end of the race.
I realise you state in the notes go slower but emphasizing this point still further especially for the older or less experienced runner would be really helpful.
The plan has already given me more confidence to achieve my goals and whilst i am not there yet i am feeling as though getting to the end of the race without stopping and if i plan properly in a time i am proud of is quite achievable.
