I joined the plan mid-way in week 7 and I’m approaching week 11 now, and I already love the workouts and feel fitter after each one! Having more workouts per week to choose from is truly a luxury, so I never run out of ideas! Marathon is coming up and I can’t wait to get out there.

I just started L1 of the 50k plan but I am so satisfied with Ben's plans that I purchased the "sequel" too. Clear, informative, well-structured (and you can ask if needed which is quite a bonus for this price). Now I only need to get my work done ;)

I’m really loving wearing these longer length BP socks! I also have a pair in black and in turquoise (sky blue). Nicely cushioned and I like the length. Perfect for colder runs. Recommended (x3!).

Fantastic practical shorts. 5 pockets, two which are zippered and can carry keys/cards and gels etc. an unzipped pocket for gels ets and two liner leg phone pockets. Fantastic as don’t need a running belt when I wear these shorts. Inner compression shorts are so comfortable and the outer is light and comfortable. Great buy and very pleased with them. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 😎👍🏃

I bought the shorts for the Barcelona Half Marathon. I wanted something that would hold some gels during my run. They worked really. I was able to get them out of the zipped pockets with ease. No stress at all.

The shorts were very comfortable as well. I didn't suffer with any chafing at all.

I would highly recommend.

I desperately wanted these and hoped they would fit as autumn for the ladies fit is too far away! I brought a size medium, and they fit me a size ladies 12. Really comfy, dont ride up, now to get the grey ones!

Superb quality

Really pleased with my socks. Wore them for the first time this morning and did my longest run in years, which was 24 km without any issues. Great quality and very comfortable. Socks stayed in place. Definitely recommend.

I’m brand new to running, a friend pointed me in the direction of Ben Parkes on YouTube, fantastic channel by the way.
Anyway, he mentioned the website and I just had to have a look, the one thing I’ve been missing is a decent pair of socks, ordered the 3 pack and I’m currently wearing the pink pair, extremely comfortable, will bee looking forwards to giving them a proper test this evening when I go for a little run.
