I started using the Half Marathon Intermediate Plan (Level 3) earlier this year to train for the Seoul Half Marathon. My target was sub-1:45, and the structure of the plan was spot on—challenging but manageable. Highly recommend to anyone chasing a PB!

I bought the split running shorts after my Nike Aeroswift shorts started to come apart after about 6 months.
These shorts are very similar in feel and have a really good elasticated pouch which fit my phone perfectly, two zip pockets too!

My second Soar vest from Ben to join the black lightning one. I also have a club vest from soar and they are the most comfortable things to run in. Don't get me wrong they are not cheap and a bit of an investment. Great quality and love the new design.

I am trying in months to buy good running shirt with good desing and colors with no brands logo for shoes like new megablast, lot of my shoes are in white and purple colors, the design is a amazing much better looking live than in a picture

I (F, 40) purchased the Full Marathon Level 2 plan with a goal of finishing in 4:00–4:30. I followed almost every workout, only missing one week due to a minor knee pain. I also watched all the YouTube videos, followed the nutrition and hydration advice, and even tested a few shoe recommendations, decided to race in the Asics Superblast 2. Fast forward to yesterday’s MCM 2025 (Arlington, VA): the race went much better than I ever imagined! I ran with the 4:15 pacers for 19 miles, then felt strong enough to push ahead, finishing in 4:09:46, and still felt like I could keep going. Huge thanks for your incredible plan, helpful content, and genuine passion for what you do. Your guidance made all the difference, I absolutely love your work and highly recommend your plans!
Loved the look of this top, so thought I’d give it a go and it does not disappoint! Super nice fit, comfy and just enough warmth for the cold weather, but not too much so you don’t overheat! I’m usually a medium, but got a small as per the guidance.
