I downloaded this as a first-time Half Marathoner and was amazed how simple to plan was to understand. I managed to run The Windsor Half Marathon in 1:58:07. I knew it was a hilly course going into the race so added some more hill work but that was a personal choice. Amazing for a free training plan.
I was ambithious and followed this plan for my second marathon. The shorter and faster sessions were no problem. But the long runs with faster sections were really tough. In the end I did 3:23 in really hot weather (14 minutes PB).
I think this is a great plan, and I will follow it again to hopefully get my BQ 😎

Followed the Advanced L4 plan (+Strength) with a goal finish of 3:05.
Found the plan clearly structured and laid out; easy to follow and very manageable. The pace guides for each session are great.
Result - 3:05:01 PB by 7 min and delighted. First outing as a 60-year-old.
The " Elite running cap" accompanied me during my first marathon in the US.
While having hot 32°C it helped me staying cool and avoiding a heat buildup like happened with other caps.

I bought the L3 HM plan a month before my 25k trail race. This training plan, at the very least, gave me a schedule to stick to that helped me run on the days I didn't want to.
I finished the 25k with a 2:30 time (the hills were outrageous), but I placed 8th overall so I was happy with the results.
Next goal is to run a proper HM with this training plan and aim for 1:45.
Great stuff. I really needed It mentally since most of time I train too much and im often burned out. Great value for money. Much cheaper than any psychotherapy. Also, great garment quality !
Now my favorite hat, even when not on the trail or on a run. Until I get another hat...
It’s basically my personal trainer now. So breathable, I’m convinced it’s pumping motivational air to keep me going. It dries quicker than I can come up with an excuse to skip leg day. Made of high-quality materials, it’s built like a tank but feels like a cloud. My head turns into a water fountain during workouts, but this hat just shrugs and says, "Is that all you’ve got?" It effortlessly leads sweat away from my face and toward the brim at the back (you can even see a drop in my picture). It’s survived Norwegian rainstorms, sweat tsunamis, and a couple of washing machine spin cycles (mesh bagged for extra drama), and yet, it still looks fresh. I’m pretty sure it’s shaving at least 4% off my run times - though I’d probably run faster if I weren’t so busy feeling stylish.
