Having bought several running caps over the years Ben's caps are the only ones that actually stay on my head as I run and dont work their way off my head, constantly having to pull them down and hold onto the peak as HGVs go flying past.

I bought the shirt because of its cool modern design. The delivery was super fast. The size fits perfectly as described in the size chart. I‘m 1,90m/82 kg and chose size M. I unpacked it immediately and ran a 10k lap. It‘s super comfortable to wear and very breathable. Thank you very much Ben and all the best!

Half Marathon Test

Prompt delivery after placing the order, so was able to use it for my half marathon long run.
The mesh design kept my head cool throughout the run, even when the pace picked up and the sun came out.
A good secure fit which was comfortable, lightweight and didn’t shift or bounce when moving.
Dried quickly, even after sweating, it never felt soggy or heavy.
Would buy more now that I have tried it out.

Hi Ben, your plan worked great for me. I have taken my marathon time from 3:29 to 2:47. I spent a while increasing my base then proceeded to follow your plan, which was set up nice and simple, so easy to follow. Every Sunday I would go on Garmin create all my workouts for the week. This stops all thinking and leaves me to just get miles in. Thank you for the plan and all the content you upload. I will be returning to get that sub 2:45. Cheers

I wore this cap for my first half marathon. Very comfortable! I have a small head and it fitted me perfectly! As an expedition leader, I love the design on the forehead and peak. The ventilation was very welcome - but in the summer, I must remember to sunblock my balding head!

Just run my first half marathon and was wearing these socks (and the equally amazing Legend cap). So comfortable and very pleased I got them. I ended up with the green design which was the design I was hoping for. The top fits well on me at 165cm 32inch waist even though I have a bit of a belly. They go great with the 2 in 1 shorts. Not saying the tops magical but it did improve my 5k pb by 1 min 41 seconds. This is my second order and I love the quality of the materials and styles.
