A year ago I took up running to deliberately make myself uncomfortable and do hard things. It's been a love hate relationship since. But given I would cry at anyone's marathon vlog online I gathered that was exactly what I needed to do. So I signed up to the Auckland Half, downloaded your beg plan and meticulously followed every piece of it. Trusted the process and wow, completed it in 2:06 with a goal under 2:15. So SO stoked and cannot thank you enough Ben! Your plans are fantastic. I now understand the running addiction, have found the next one to sign up to...im hungry for that sub 2!

I started using the Half Marathon Intermediate Plan (Level 3) earlier this year to train for the Seoul Half Marathon. My target was sub-1:45, and the structure of the plan was spot on—challenging but manageable. Highly recommend to anyone chasing a PB!
A great opportunity – for a low price, you get a solid plan that can be tailored to your abilities and goals. This is my third plan purchased from Ben. I use it as a solid foundation, modifying it when necessary, of course. Thanks to the first plan, I completed my first marathon in the target time. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ben.
I bought the split running shorts after my Nike Aeroswift shorts started to come apart after about 6 months.
These shorts are very similar in feel and have a really good elasticated pouch which fit my phone perfectly, two zip pockets too!
Really pleased with them and a great price too!
Small fine for me and I am 5’7” with 30/32 inch waist.

Ran a 2.43 at NYC on the weekend! Loosely followed your Marathon L6 plan (had a niggly achilles early on) and wore the singlet on race day - want another one really bad!

My second Soar vest from Ben to join the black lightning one. I also have a club vest from soar and they are the most comfortable things to run in. Don't get me wrong they are not cheap and a bit of an investment. Great quality and love the new design.

I am trying in months to buy good running shirt with good desing and colors with no brands logo for shoes like new megablast, lot of my shoes are in white and purple colors, the design is a amazing much better looking live than in a picture
