A fantastic plan to get me past my goal marathon pace at London 2025. I loved the challenge of the different runs and the commitment the plan holds you to, allowing me to have a great day. Same plan to be used for a sub three at the next marathon, in the meantime I have my sights on a sub 40 10km. Bought this cap and collected it at the London expo! Since it was a hot one, I wore it for the London marathon and it was great! The size can be adjusted in an easy way with the strap at the back. The mesh makes it super light and breathable, perfect also when I chucked water on my head. And I love the colours!
