Very comfortable - first pair
I wore my new Ben Parks 2-in-1 running shorts and cap for a Saturday Sevenoaks 7k park run on another hot, sunny day, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The thigh phone pocket in the built-in lining kept my phone secure and snug against my leg without bouncing or rubbing. I used the small zipped rear key pocket for my car key and the handy mesh netting — made for gels — for my work ID card, keeping everything in place and easy to reach. These shorts are comfortable and lightweight, with great airflow and no sticky, sweaty cling. No chafing, no slipping, no fuss, just very comfortable.
Highly recommended and will be purchasing some more.

My youngest daughter (32) late getting the running bug, put me on to you following her first ever 10k (Chester) I’ve bought several tops from you, every one is absolutely amazing. The funky designs are just ‘out there!’ Just bought one as a birthday present for my son in law. Another BP fan!!
I’m a young spring chicken at 64, started running at 44, (just signed up for a HM) ran 7 since tbh, 100’s of 10k’s, I was encouraged by a gym PT to get off the treadmill and run outside. I’ve never looked back! That was years ago! Feel fabulous in your funky coloured tops. 64 is just a number, I feel 24 or 34!! I’m also our school swimming teacher, so I wear them on poolside too! I’m a teaching assistant in primary with the vulnerable chn.

A Ben Parkes Convert!
My first pair of Ben Parkes shorts and very impressed indeed! Quality is excellent, fit is excellent and no bounce from my phone in the side pocket. One small gripe, the zips catch constantly on the material around the rear pockets but definitely one of my favourite pair of shorts to run in.

Perfect socks finally trail worthy colors
Glad I waited for these since I needed a color and length for trails and white is definitely not a good option. No blisters and just amazing fit. I know they are called race socks but they work great for training as well lol.
