    Love these programs

    I've used a lot of Ben Parkes programs over the past four years, and they always helped me achieve my goal time. I used this program last year for a sub-three-hour goal at the Gold Coast marathon. Due to a snap-lockdown, the marathon was cancelled a few days out, but we were lucky to find a local Sri Chinmoy marathon a couple of weeks later. I finished the race with a 3:02 marathon which was a 33minute PB. I was over the moon with the result, especially given the 300metres of elevation in the race. If I could have run the Gold Coast marathon, I would have got my goal time. I'll be having a crack again in 2023, and I'm hoping for a sub-three marathon. Thanks for the programs, Ben and Sarah! Hopefully, we'll see you both in Australia soon.

    PB 3.26.42

    Extremely happy with this plan so Far , having followed the level 3 marathon plan previously and ran a PB of 3.26.42 for my first serious marathon training plan , cannot recommended these plans highly enough ( especially if you put in the work ) cheers guys looking forward to the next one !!

    Best Plan Ever!

    I followed Ben's programme aiming at a sub 3:10 Marathon and Chicago qualifier.....got a sub 2:55 and a Boston qualifier instead!
    The plan always felt just spot on for me. Workouts and volume were just right to challenge and improve myself without causing overtraining.
    I arrived fresh to the finish line, and my last miles were the fastest. Therefore I know I could jave actually done even better. I will never forget my last corner.
    Thank you Ben, hoping to work with you for a new challenge and a sub 2:45!

    Fantastic Plan

    Absolutely loved this plan (Level 4 Marathon). Had previously used a free one I found on the internet, which led to a 3:28 but with huge wall-hitting round 30k. This Ben Parkes one was much more fun and much more effective, and I just ran 3:15 with a big negative split (and an even bigger smile on my face, including during the last 10k). Thanks Ben, highly recommended!

    Excellent Plan

    I decided to go with this training plan as a first time marathoner, given that I had built up a solid running base by racing several half marathons beforehand. I ended up running a 3:14 for my first marathon with this plan - it was flexible enough to my needs and busy work schedule (including when my work travel was hectic) and I really appreciated the helpful pace chart to breakdown easy/marathon/tempo/intervals/stride for target marathon times.

    Awesome plans

    Just used the L4 marathon plan and knocked 19 mins off my PB, getting a 3:20. Totally chuffed.

    Only wish they were in time rather than distance, or a mix of the two, but otherwise loved it.

    Now just to figure out what to do ahead of a Spring marathon / half mid Jan. Little speed block with a 5k plan and then wing a half off the back of it perhaps - will buy both and try to make a fusion plan I think! :)

    The best training plan!

    I managed to achieve my goal of a sub 3 hour marathon following this training plan. In the past, training plans I have used from other people have led to injuries and underachievement. This training plan incorporates a lot of slow running which helped me tremendously and the goal pace chart is extremely helpful. Thank you so much Ben for helping me achieve my lifetime goal of a sub 3 hour marathon. I would highly recommend these training plans for anyone who has a goal in mind - Ben will help you beat it!
