Love these caps great for run in all weather. Designs always funky

Bought extra for my boyfriend as he loves them - his favourite running sock. Lovely material, great length & comfortable, fairly thick.
Ps - if you could make a smaller size for ladies it would be great as the size small/ medium is a tiny bit big for my size 6 feet 😄

Purchase a set of 3 for my husband. He's had blisters on and off with different shoes and socks and these have been a dream!

Just bought this for my nephew. I used it earlier this year and got the sub 20 time I trained for at a race with over 1200 entrants and won the masters (40+) division. Not bad for a 57 year old! My 22 year old nephew asked for the plan to try
and accomplish his own sub 20 goal. It’s the first plan I’ve used that included a pace chart - previous ones used perceived effort - and I think that made me push much harder in training.

Absolutely brilliant bit of kit. The quality is excellent — really well-made and feels durable. The fabric is great at wicking away sweat, so it stays comfortable even on longer runs. It’s also genuinely multi-purpose: perfect as a neck warmer, headband, or face cover depending on the weather. A simple but really useful addition to my running gear. Highly recommend!

Haven't had a chance to test this out in the wild yet as I picked up an injury a few days before starting the plan (typical!). I've had a proper read through though and all looks excellent, well thought out and perfectly paced for me and the time I want to achieve. Can't wait to get into it, cheers Ben
