Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 days for all items that are in stock. If an item is on pre-order, then an approximate date of shipping will be shown on that items page. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

EUROPE - FREE POSTAGE OVER £75
REST OF WORLD - FREE POSTAGE OVER £100
UK - £2 UNDER £20
EUROPE - £8 UNDER £75
WORLDWIDE - £10 UNDER £100
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Parkes Running (www.benparkes.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please contact me in the event that your order arrives damaged and we will sort out a solution to fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please visit the online returns portal. This can be found at the bottom of any page on the website.
Please include a note in the package with your order number.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
