Shipping Policy and Costs
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Parkes Running. (www.benparkes.com) The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 days for all items that are in stock. If an item is on pre-order, then an approximate date of shipping will be shown on that items page. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All domestic hat orders are shipped with Hermes, while all remaining orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Parkes Running (www.benparkes.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please contact me in the event that your order arrives damaged and we will sort out a solution to fix it as soon as possible.
If you purchase any of the plans you will automatically be charged at the point of sale and they will become available for download immediately. Due to the electronic nature of the plans, they cannot be returned and payment cannot be refunded once they have been downloaded. If you wish to cancel your purchase you must do so before you download the plan. Refunds can only be issued in the case where incorrect plans were provided, in which case a refund or exchange can be made. Please use the contact page in such case.
If you purchase an item of merchandise and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact page.
Faulty Items - If the item is faulty, then please return the item back in the original box, via a trackable method. All items will be fully inspected on return and if the claim is justified then a full refund will be issued, as well as reasonable postage costs. Please contact me first and I will send you a returns label to use.
Other - If you would like to return an item for any other reason you must pay the return postage and we’d recommend using a trackable method, as it is your responsibility until it reaches the return address. A refund will be issued once the item is received.
