Hello Everyone!
Here are all the details for the Berlin Marathon Shakeout run 2024. I'll be heading out for a very easy jog with Sarah the day before the marathon and if you'd like to join us and say hello that would be lovely!
Date: Saturday 28th September 2024
Meet Up Location: Tiergarten, Berlin.

Time: 11:00AM - (We will be there from 10:30AM)

Distance: 4.3k / 2.7 Miles approx
Pace: Everyone is welcome. Paces will be roughly 5-7:00 per km or 8-11:15 minute miles.
Sarah and myself will get there at 10:30 AM for anyone who wants to come down early and chat, get a selfie etc. Then at 11:00AM the run will start, heading on a loop round the beautiful Tiergarten. For any non-runners, or anyone having a rest day then you're of course welcome to come and say hello before the run!
No need to register, just turn up and come say hello!
Afterwards we will be hanging around for anyone who wants to stay longer and chat.
