This was my second training plan from Ben after the first one helped me smash my 50K goal last year. Ben's plans are clear, achievable and I can easily adapt where I need to. They're full of really useful advice and guidance and I'd definitely reccomend them to anyone thinking about going longer!
Great quality and the lucky dip concept means a bargain for us customers. All the designs look good to me so no dramas with which version I may get.
After running for about 7 8 years, most of them on trail, last year I came down from the mountains and started running marathons. At first, i was just pushing it to the limit, and had no interval mp, or tempo trainings in my prep weeks. This year, I wanted to do things more seriously and purchased the plan. The endurance is there, the stamina as well, I purchased the plan to get me some speed on longer distances. I have finished ultras with 70k under my feet but boy, that marathon last year took it out of me. My heart rate was 188 throughout the entire race. I m loving the plan and I m really focusing on improving my speed and doing at least 1 interval session a week and 1 tempo session a week. I can run long distances every day with the km I have per week but, it is time to improve. Also, i didn't take rest days at all and now, I listen to Ben and try to get 1 to 2 days a week and still hit my km per week goal. I'm only on week two but, can't wat to see how my time improves on the next marathon which is 23th March.

I was seeking a plan to provide we with a) clear explanations to all of the running jargon, b) a week-by-week guide for how to prepare for the 10K I've set myself to do in a few weeks and c) a wide variety of different types of runs to help improve my overall running form and fitness.
This plan ticks all of the boxes and is allowing me to hold myself accountable as I cross off each day!

Picked this up for some extra ideas to incorporate into my training as already broken 40minutes. Gives the motivation to move up the gears and also a little out of the comfort zone. Nicely laid out and the paces accompanying it are very handy.

Current pb for 10k is 43 mins. I downloaded this plan as I wanted some structure over 10 weeks. It's well laid out with lots of information and you can see how it's been written, and that you'll build strength and become faster as a result. For £9 it one of the best training plans I've come across on the Internet. I've booked the Nottingham 10k in March 2025 so let's see if I can become faster...
