Great plan. Consistently getting faster and stronger week on week. I find the amount of running very manageable and the recommended pacing chart is really useful. On track for a sub 19 minute PB in a few weeks so fingers crossed.
Great guide. I haven't been following it religiously but more using it as a point in the right direction.
I'm about a week or so into the plan and I'm already seeing some great results, shaving near 2 minutes off my 5k time.
For a few pounds you really can't fault it, some very good sessions and as mentioned in the guide.. it's very flexible and to point you in the direction.

What I like about this plan is that the milage is very achievable and it allows flexibility around a busy work schedule which is great for someone flaky like me! :-)
