When I first came across Ben's plans, I was preparing for my first Marathon. I used the beginner marathon plan and it helped a lot. Then, using the ultramarathon plan, I felt a significant improvement in my running performance. I had never run a half marathon really hard before, only easy. There was no question that I needed Ben's training plan. I can currently run 1:55, I am confident that with this plan I will be able to reach 1:45. The next 12 weeks are going to be awesome, I am sure of that!!!
