Awesome Training Plan

I purchased Ben's Marathon Plan Improver - L2 with strength training as I am planning to run my first marathon later this year. I found the plan to be easy to follow and the workouts both runs and strength ones to be well suited for where I am at in my running journey. Next up is to purchase some cool Ben Parkes gear. In the end it's all about "Getting it done"! 🙂

Good attention to details

Bought this in winter for warmer months. Here's the first impression:
+ "storage" for the adjustment band
+ very thick sweat band, almost plushy fabric
+ large fit (I have helmet size XL)
+ good description as always concerning sizing

Getting it Done - Pink Sock Style!

These are the second pair of socks I have bought from Ben and Sarah and have become my go to for a cold morning - super comfy and love the snazzy pink!!

Great Plan

I managed to break the 4 hour marathon for the first time using Ben's plan. It was my best run, I stayed strong the whole way. I am sure this plan will work too. I am currently doing the 5th week and I am really enjoying it. The target time is 3h40. I am running the Debrecen Marathon in Hungary on March 29th.

Excellent plan

I completed the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L1 in 2024. I was planning on doing 85km at the time, and this plan helped me a lot. I improved and got stronger during that time. I'm starting the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L2 this May, and I'm currently doing Ben's Marathon L3 plan. :) I completely trust the plan, it's very consistent, clear, and works great. Thanks Ben!

Excellent!

Got some merch, mainly to support the work Ben is putting in. Turns out this are the best running shorts ive ever worn!! Not only do they feel good, they look good and have lots of pockets (for gels, phone and key) without being bothersome.

Running shorts that do they job

A great pair of shorts. Size guide perfect. Useful pockets with handy key ring attachment. So good I’ve bought a second pair 🏃💪🏻

Great hat

I bought this hat after being gifted the black one and a set of socks for Christmas, it’s ideal for my long runs during the day and my weekday runs in the evenings, which in the north of England can get quite brisk, I’ve also got a really small head and it still fits perfectly! Would recommend

The Perfect Shorts!

I have many pairs of 2 in 1 running shorts from all the 'Big brands'
BUT these shorts are The Best!! They fit perfect, pockets are big and the waist band feels good!
You've done a great job with these Ben, well done!

Love the sweater

Really impressed with this Rest Day sweater. The fit is spot on (relaxed but still flattering), the material feels properly premium, and it’s super comfortable for post-run recovery or just everyday wear. I love the simplicity of the design too - says exactly what it needs to. It’s quickly become my go-to on rest days and easy runs alike. Highly recommend if you’re into running and appreciate quality kit that works off the track as well.
