Welcome to the Half Marathon Beginner plan!
I’ve designed this for anyone who is looking to run their first half and is a looking for some structure to the training.

Designed for people targeting a 2:00 to 2:30 finish time.

The first week is 65 minutes

The biggest week is 22 miles or 35km

There are three to four runs each week.

The plan has both miles and kilometres.

It is 12 weeks in length, with structured training, recovery and taper weeks.

There are suggested paces for all the runs.
