Being fairly new to the running seen, I’ve been searching for a cap that would not only fit the purpose of going out for a run, but also something that’s stylish as well, and this cap fit both, lightweight mesh material, with stylish black on black logo…does the job just amazing well, so a massive Done guys keep up the good work 🏃
Having just run my first half marathon without a proper training plan and not quite hitting the time I wanted I thought that I’d try something more formalised.
This plan is great, giving me the guidance on how to structure my training but also being realistic that we all have lives so not to stress if you miss a session. Really enjoying it so far!
I used this half marathon plan with a goal of 1:30 (previous pb time was 1:44) I ended up crossing the line at 1:25!
I never used to wear a cap as I always got to hot when running but the mesh on this is perfect! Super lightweight!
This Hoodie is so comfy and perfect for sticking on after a training session! Highly recommend it!
Ran this training plan and it most definitely worked. Programming was easy to follow and a lot of fun with some really good challenging days! Now it's time to get under that 1:30:00 for the next one!!!

I immediately loved the design with the (Dutch) orange.
The fit is perfect, in my case an M.
The quality looks good.
The wearing comfort is also very good.
Meanwhile, I have ordered my second Tee (Dark Mode).
The running Cap (see photo) is of the same quality as the Tee, very good a very comfortable to wear.
It's not that this outfit makes me run faster, but it does put a big smile on my face.
So, after running the London marathon in very warm conditions, I decided to invest in some headwear to give myself a little protection from the sun. I already own a cap, but this is of the waterproof / resistant variety and doesn't allow my head to breath.
Firstly, the cap had to be breathable. Secondly, it had to fit properly. I haven't got the biggest melon for a head and a lot of caps I briefly considered were just too big. So, after trawling through various websites I settled on this Ben Parkes Elite Running Cap. The information about sizing was key to my purchase and the fact it was really breathable made it a no brainer.
I've since tried it out on my local 10k race this year and I have clearly made the right choice. The day was bright and warm, so these were the perfect conditions to test it out. My face was shaded and the many airholes at the back ensured lots of airflow. The adjustment strap at the back does exactly what it is meant to do. There was quite a bit of wind on race day, and I never felt once that I might lose the hat with a strong gust of wind. I would definitely buy this cap again.
A fantastic, high-quality product at a brilliant price. It was delivered quickly and well-packaged: a lovely personal touch with the postcard that arrived with the item. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
