Tried the Marathon plan for Manchester 2025.Loved how easy it is to follow with intensity colour coding,and accompanying pace chart. Felt hard but achievable.Aiming for sub 3 30 on what turned out to be a hot day.Ended up with 3.27 a 17 minute pb.I trust these plans!
follow plan about 2.5 month before the borneo international marathon 11/5/2025 . with fasting month then eid. my previous pb is 4:39:05, then succeed to get new pb 4:05:47.
I’ve tried a few of Ben’s plans at different distances and have really enjoyed them—whether I’ve had a specific event in mind or just wanted some structure and motivation to keep improving. They’re excellent value for the price, user-friendly, and the content is both accurate and well thought out. The plans are ambitious but sensible, striking a great balance that pushes you without risking overtraining or injury.
I've wanted a Ben Parkes crew neck for ever, and I finally got one for Mother's Day. The medium fits perfectly and the quality is fantastic.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He loves it and impressed with the light weightless of it and air holes venting his sweaty head! Fab design too. Think a collection might be starting!!
Perfect fit, lightweight and smart looking. Reviews are correct that the sizing is slightly large. I am a 38" chest, got the small and it is perfect size. Also great that both the tee and all the packaging are recycled. Couldn't ask for more. Thoroughly recommended!
This is my third Soar singlet, as I live in them through the summer.
Extremely lightweight, chafe free, breathable and a great fit too. They aren't cheap, but imo are worth the money.
The sweat wicking capabilites are amazing and they never make you feel too hot, no matter what the weather temperature is.
