All orders in the UK and European Union (under €150) will not be subject to any further taxes before delivery.
The price you see on the screen at checkout will be the final price you will pay. In the unlikely event of you being charged, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue with the carrier.
For European Union orders over €150 there will be import taxes to pay to your local carrier. If you have a larger order, please place multiple orders under €150 and you won't have any tax to pay. You'll still get free postage for orders over €100.
For the rest of the world, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order so you are not surprised by any charges you were not expecting.
Currently orders to the USA are tax free up to £560, Australia up to £585, New Zealand up to £505. So any orders under these amounts will not attract any further charges.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

All caps have the same circumference (58cm) and are all adjustable to fit most head sizes.
The depth of the hat varies for each different style so if you feel you have a particularly large head then stick with the Getting It Done, OG, PB or Bucket Hats.

You are welcome to send back any item unworn, within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
UK returns and exchanges are free and should be submitted via the returns portal here.
For international returns please contact us via the chat feature and will be send you the return address.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail to the destination country and then passed onto the national carrier of that country. For example in the USA it will be passed on to USPS, La Poste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany and Australia Post in Australia.
You can select an economy untracked option at checkout or you can choose tracking where you will be able to see where your parcel is.
We also offer Fedex and UPS in some countries for rapid shipping. These offer full end to end tracking.

Incredible Running top, super Tech material and the design really makes you stand out from other runners for a number of reasons.. it has a tailored fit to it yet still lose to breathe so you feel good, the aesthetic design is unique and I love running tops with logos and emblems on the spine or sleeves and gives a real pro looks. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ben at the London marathon last year so got to know how much he cares ! I wore the top at the mad dog 10k last week and felt great in it. All I would request is to consider colourways of some of the top running trainers and match the colours to the tops. I own both getting it done tops but would also love to see the same design in yellow and green, flame, red and white etc. top score from me

T-shirts fit really well and don’t shrink in the wash. Love the slightly longer back so they don’t ride up with while wearing a running vest. Got 5 of these now and don’t go with any other brands
Having been disappointed by Nike running t-shirts in the past that behaved like a sponge which in turn made me cold, I found this shirt very comfortable and does a great job of not retaining sweat whilst exercising. (and they look cool as well!)
