A great plan all paces & runs explained and plan show in both KM and Miles also weekly mileage and daily effort shown clearly . The Mrs has bought plans and followed and achieved PBs so hopefully the same for me.
Been looking for a running cap for a while, this one is very secure on my head during runs wearing it backwards, even in windy conditions. Absolutely a bargain with the discount.
My husband and I are both following the intermediate 5k training plan right now in between half marathon and marathon training blocks. I purchased this 10k Intermediate Plan for the Doncaster 10k which I ran today, managing a personal best by 1 minute of 38mins 37 seconds! I was working towards a goal time of 40 minutes as I am coming back from an injury following another race but this actually took me below the plan goal time of 40-50 minutes. Easy to follow plan and very straightforward. Thanks again!
Really high quality fabric, and I like that the arm has a cuff so it doesn't cover my watch as I'm running - you can tell that a runner has designed and tested all this gear - thanks Ben and team!
Great shorts - worn once thus far but they kept phone and keys very secure. Coped well in pouring rain - looking forward to using them for winter marathon training!
