Ben, at the expo I said that running 2:40 would be the dream race. Guess what? I only did it! 2:39:45! I followed the Level 4 plan and used the 2:40 pacing taken from the Level 5 plan. Itβs my 3rd and fastest sub 3:00 since I started using your plans. Cheers!

I ran my first 5K race in about three years earlier this month. With about 2 months of training on my own, I ran a 28:10 which is 8 seconds off of my PR. I had already decided to purchase the 10 week Parkes plan in order to try and get under 25 minutes for a 5K. So I purchase this in between plan to bridge the gap between now and then. A very interesting and challenging package. I am enjoying it tremendously so far.
What a ride that was. After a mammoth training block. A lot of support and patience from my friends and family, and yet another awesome training plan from Ben, I have finally broken a 13 year standing personal best for the marathon. I am really proud to say that, at a couple of weeks shy of my 57th birthday, I can officially qualify for most of the worlds marathon majors with a time of 3:12:34. 136th out of 716 overall. 9th in age category. Beating my previous time by half an hour and 1 second. I'm knackered but bloody happy with that. ππππππ
Having never done a 10k race before, although have run the distance in training I was looking to do a sub 50 minute at the Lincoln 10k.. I was 1 week short of the plan so had to drop a week to my taper but managed a PB of 49.31.... Very happy. Thanks Ben... Now to decide between 5k plan or half marathon.....

Love the design of this cap, with the yellow Go faster stripes. It is very breathable despite not being a mesh panel. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I have put it through the wash a couple of times and the visor is made of a flexible material, so would not bend or break. This is my 3rd cap from Ben and will certainly buy more :D
