I completed the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L1 in 2024. I was planning on doing 85km at the time, and this plan helped me a lot. I improved and got stronger during that time. I'm starting the 50 Mile/100K Ultra Plan - L2 this May, and I'm currently doing Ben's Marathon L3 plan. :) I completely trust the plan, it's very consistent, clear, and works great. Thanks Ben!
