Have been following Ben for half a year and decided to buy this after completing my first marathon in 3.55 in Feb 23 at 46years. I even made the local paper. Buller Gorge marathon, New Zealand. I've decided to do another in May (Rotorua) and am following the last 10 weeks of the plan. Another planned in November 23 and will do alonger build up. What's this bug I've now got? Running! Only a few weeks into the plan. Can already say its very easy to follow and everything is explained. Very good price compared to many others.
Hello running friends. I’ve done several marathon program so far. I’m more than happy to tell that this works, really. Offcourse you have to have good basic condition and perfect day on the D-day. I trained sub 3:20-3:25 target at Chicago 2022 and the finish time was 3:17:07. Thank you❤️

This is the 2nd plan I have purchased. They are easy to follow and well explained. The progression is good and allows time to adapt. On the occassion I have had to miss a session it is easy to swamp around and still complete the required mileage for the week.
Time to see what im capable of. Previous plans ive set myself a realistic pace and time to finish. Sub 4 goal. Im a 20 min 5k. 42 10k. 1.40 1/2mara. I did a year streak in 2021 5k a day so ive got a good base fitness. I decided to train for a 3.30 mara with pacing for 3.20 in training. I found this plan ideal. Such a different mix of training that I'd normally do. I actually really enjoyed the intensity.
I have only just started this plan but so far I have found it really easy to understand and follow unlike some of the other training plans I have done in the past. I'm only 11 weeks out from Valencia Marathon and because of getting injured I have started this plan at week 5. Hopefully I will be able to complete the plan free of injury and achieve my goal of sub 4 hrs.
