from 4703 reviewsIn the UK style I ordered this at the height of a mini April heatwave. Since its arrival I’ve only walked round the house in the cap. Apparently another heatwave on the horizon so should get it out to test on a run in the sun very soon. The cap itself is very nice 👌😂

What a fantastic shirt quality awesome design out of this world can’t wait to put it on

Great cap by Ben Parkes. It's my third Ben Parkes hat and I love it much like the others. It's a nice design, fits well and plenty of scope to adjust tightness.

Got my Sub-3 Club Tee at the London Marathon Expo by meeting Ben and Sarah in person.
Great tee from great persons.
Thanks Ben & Sarah

This is my 4th Ben Parkes running hat and they never disappoint. Great design, light (legend cap) and really durable, I still own and use all four caps.

I have always loved your products. Good quality and reasonably priced. My most priced one is 'Getting Done" hoodies.

Really happy with it, will be wearing it on the start line of Manchester Marathon this weekend

And excellent colors, instantly loved it the second I opened the package.

A very clear and we'll structured plan. Helped me to complete my first 10k. I've now moved on to the 10k improver plan aiming for 50 minutes in 2 weeks time at my local 10k race.

I have followed Bens training plans for Half marathon, 10k and Marathon so getting the 5k plan was a 'no brainer'. Very informative and easy to follow and would recommend getting teh strength and conditioning part to prevent the injuries

I absolutely love my PB Running Cap from Parks Running! The material is top-notch, the quality is superb, and the fit is perfect thanks to the adjustable band. It’s super comfortable, breathable, and has a clean, sporty look that’s great for running or just everyday wear. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Highly recommend—this cap has quickly become my go-to!

I'm 58 and after last year's Canberra Half Marathon with a finishing time of 1.54 using another training plan, I wanted to do this year's race and see if I could get close to a 1.45 time so I downloaded BP's L3 Half Marathon plan and accompanying strength training guide. Having followed the plan religiously for the first 9 weeks, I then picked up a lower leg injury resulting in almost a week of training and fortunately was then able to get back into running and completed the race in 1.46, or what equated to 4.59/km pace. To be honest, at this point i was just hoping to either beat my previous year's time or get down to 1.50 so my final finishing time really is testiment to a plan that pushes your running the right way without breaking you. Highly recommended and thank you Ben.

I wanted something to set my mind too knowing it's going to be in the correct direction towards my fitness goals.
I understood the methods of running slow to fast short to long ect but wasn't entirely sure how to put these to use in interlocking format.
The way this publication has be put together has clarified the issue. I look forward to pursuing week by week, id suggested purely focus on running and strength conditioning as its too much with employed work and along with other fitness sports. My intentions are to hybrid the programme but not cheat and too use it as a guidance as what days after and before types of running.
I believe diet plays a large part in performance too.
Hopefully closer to the race I'll be ready with the help of the programme. Thank you.
