I have been using Garmin's plans for a while now, but it became quite dull. Jumped into Ben's plan on the 4 last weeks of a 12 week preparation. The workouts were more interesting and more challenging than Garmin's. In the end I managed to achieve a PR 5 minutes better than the last one, and all the while having fun during the workouts. I am currently starting the whole 12 week programme for an 1:35 goal, and will try the marathon plan as well. Thank you for the awesome plan you've put together! Cheers, Balàzs

I got one pair at first to try out as im fussy about my socks!
After a few runs I loved them and got another 6 pairs in various colours.
They are strong and feel cushioned in all the right places. You won't be getting any blisters in these socks!
These shorts are very soft and comfortable, even with the under shorts. Plenty of space for keys, phone and gels. I run a lot at night, so I appreciate the reflective details as well. Would definitely recommend. Might I add, delivery was quick to Japan, and the items were well packaged. Thanks
I did a lot of research before buying these, as I wanted 2in1 shorts with pockets. They fit the bill, are really comfy. My iPhone fits easily and securely in the pocket, and gels in the rear pocket. Couldn't ask for more, and as usual the quality is spot on. I opted for the longer size and they are perfect. (Race socks from here in the photo too!)
Seems like a reasonable plan as far as the objectives. I have done the first 6 days and read the whole plan. I like the clarity of the Glossary and organization in the 10 weeks plan. I am optimistic on completing this plan. I like having a plan, it’s my first plan and feel motivated towards completing it. Let’s see what happens
