Got this hat for summer runs. Works great, looks great, can be easily washed after runs. Very happy with it.

I have been using Garmin's plans for a while now, but it became quite dull. Jumped into Ben's plan on the 4 last weeks of a 12 week preparation. The workouts were more interesting and more challenging than Garmin's. In the end I managed to achieve a PR 5 minutes better than the last one, and all the while having fun during the workouts. I am currently starting the whole 12 week programme for an 1:35 goal, and will try the marathon plan as well. Thank you for the awesome plan you've put together! Cheers, Balàzs

After a few runs I loved them and got another 6 pairs in various colours.
They are strong and feel cushioned in all the right places. You won't be getting any blisters in these socks!

Been struggling to find a pair of shorts for my upcoming London marathon. These are the real deal. Used them for a 27km long run today and they were fab. No chafing and the inner liner doesn’t ride up like some other shorts I have used. I’m 83kg and 32”waist and got Size M and they fit great. Was able to test them out properly today and I really was impressed. Pockets for keys etc are also a nice touch and the quality is also fantastic. Thanks Ben! Great advice and great kit.

These shorts are very soft and comfortable, even with the under shorts. Plenty of space for keys, phone and gels. I run a lot at night, so I appreciate the reflective details as well. Would definitely recommend. Might I add, delivery was quick to Japan, and the items were well packaged. Thanks
